No trees were cut for these chairs.. They are handpeeled and crafted from found wood, and recycle planks from a shipping yard. There no nails, all pegged. Fine work from my friend Shinchan

This is a very historical piece of art. The image is from the Legend of the Ancestorial Family, the original parents of all mankind. The pigments are all hand groundd and mixed. there are some carved relief images in the working of the wood.
The wood is my drawing table from the Elementary school that i attended . this piece was done in 2000, and i attended the school in the mid-50's. they were throwing these boards away , so i salvaged this one. The wood is my canvas, liver blood, and natural pigments, oil pastels, ink,and printmaking tools made this art possible.
